Our website and app are hosted with Hostinger and Railway, which process technical access data in server log files.

All connections are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS.

The fonts are self-hosted; no data is transferred to third parties.
6 · Contact & early access
If you use our contact form or the early-access buttons, we process your details to answer your request.
7 · Local storage
Theme and language choices are stored locally and are technically necessary.
8 · Account & profile
To use the platform you need an account; we process account and profile data.
9 · Coaching content
We process coaching content such as plans, goals, coach decisions and questionnaire answers.
10 · Health data & progress photos
Check-ins and progress photos are special category data processed on the basis of your explicit consent.
11 · Chat & notifications
We process chat messages and notifications to deliver communication.
12 · System emails
We send transactional emails required to operate your account.
13 · Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
14 · Bug reports & suggestions
We process bug reports and suggestions you submit.
15 · Processors & recipients
We use processors under Art. 28 GDPR agreements.
16 · Retention & deletion
Account deletion requires active coaching to be ended first; after successful deletion we apply our retention concept.
17 · No automated decision-making
Progress Intelligence is rule-based; decisions are made by a human coach.
18 · No tracking
Neither website nor app uses analytics or tracking.
19 · Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent.
20 · Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the Berlin data protection authority.
21 · Data security & changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures and may update this policy.
