Health-Data Consent

The controller is the Coach whose name and contact are displayed in the consent dialog. This declaration applies only to that coaching association. The Coach uses omniOne as a processor for organising, individually planning, delivering and documenting the coaching agreed with you. Confirmation evidence unambiguously associates the controller, coaching relationship and document version. If the association is missing or incorrect, do not confirm and contact your Coach or support@omniOne.fitness. If you are not yet of legal age, the consent of your legal guardians is also required; clarify this with your Coach before confirming.

This covers health and progress information you provide for this coaching and information arising from it: for example, physical condition, weight, measurements, wellbeing, limitations and training load, and related questionnaire answers, measurements, plans, professional notes and progress. Voluntarily uploaded photos, messages, voice, video or document files may contain such information. The Coach must limit collection to what your coaching requires. You are not required to provide every optional field or media item. This consent does not cover advertising, disclosure to arbitrary third parties, medical research or training third-party models.

You and your Coach have access according to your permissions; the Coach's private preparations may also contain your health data. omniOne and its necessary hosting/operational providers process data on instructions. The Privacy Policy and DPA with annexes explain categories, recipients, storage location in the EU, protection and deletion; the providers named there are contractually bound under Art. 28 GDPR. This declaration does not replace separate information about other parties your Coach uses outside omniOne.

You may freely decide and withdraw your consent at any time for the future in privacy settings or by contacting the named Coach. Lawful processing before withdrawal remains lawful. Without this consent, the dependent new health/coaching processing in omniOne is not available; your Coach must discuss with you whether the agreed coaching can be delivered differently without this processing. Withdrawal does not automatically cause immediate deletion: your Coach must assess existing data and any lawful limited retention reason. Statutory erasure rights remain available. Consent and withdrawal are recorded as necessary evidence; this does not allow indefinite retention of health content.

By giving the separate active confirmation, I consent to the described processing of my health data for the displayed Coach under Art. 6 (1)(a) and Art. 9 (2)(a) GDPR. Acknowledging general privacy information or using the app is not this consent. New purposes or materially different processing require a separate reassessment and, where necessary, new consent.
