Usage Information for Clients

Your Coach invites you to access the platform. Your Coach provides the coaching and remains your contact for its content, suitability and agreed terms. Your use does not create a separate platform contract with omniOne. You do not accept the Terms and Conditions for Coaches.

Keep credentials confidential and inform your Coach or support@omniOne.fitness of suspected misuse. Submit only content you may lawfully share and avoid unnecessary information about others. The app supports organisation and communication; it does not replace medical advice or emergency care. Direct professional questions and complaints about recommendations to your Coach.

Your specifically named Coach controls your coaching data and omniOne processes it on their behalf. The Privacy Policy explains these roles and omniOne's own operational purposes. Required health-data consent is given separately and explicitly and may be withdrawn for the future. This information is information only, not health-data consent. You may request access, correction or erasure from the responsible controller.

A coaching pause, its end and account deletion have different effects. Existing history you are authorised to access is not automatically erased by a pause or the end of coaching. Active coaching relationships must first end for technical account deletion; statutory rights may be exercised independently. Staged deletion and the handling of backup copies are described in the Privacy Policy.
